Gameday commercial with Lee Corso

Anybody else see this? They show him putting on the Mike the Tiger mascot head.
But for the Clemson vs Georgia game.
I guess they couldn't use the Clemson mascot. Too much derp derp for them

I think that was probably just footage of him putting a mascot head on at a previous game and they showed him putting the LSU head on. I don't think they were doing that to specifically show Corso putting a mascot head on to represent Clemson.

That's what I thought too. Then they flashed the Clemson Vs Georgia thing on the bottom.
I guess it could be a generic commercial that they just alter for different games.
It was definitely the LSU mascot though. Auburn's is also derpy

Right because that is where GameDay is at this weekend.
They can't show footage from this weekend given that it hasn't happened yet, so they show footage from previous editions of GameDay or else their commercial would suck balls.
You might be the only person in America that missed that didn't catch that

Honestly though. I never realized how cheap looking Clemson's mascot looks. Most high schools have better ones

So you're saying that from all the old game footage they have. Not a single one are with the Clemson mascot. They should have a clip of it from the past. It's not like the Mike the Tiger clip is from this season

What we're trying to say is that it is just a commercial for Gameday in general, but they are highlighting the game that they will be at this weekend.
One has nothing to do with the other...

Okay, this may get heady...
The reason they chose that clip is because it's the start of a new season and, since they're using the Lion King music, the picked the clip of Corso holding the head up, which looks similar to Rafiki holding Simba up to the sky at the beginning of the movie. Get it...new season...new king.
Cut me some slack - I have a 4 year old that loves that movie...
