How successful would Les Miles be as an NFL head coach?

We already know he can hire a great staff, He does seem to have a nose for talent, but he isn't an x's and 0's guy that has had many head scratcher games. Just curious to others's thoughts on this.

We'll find out after he bolts next season.

I think he has the personality and mindset for it. Remains to be see. If he could adapt to the NFL game

Any head coach who doesn't have a specialty (offense or defense as a scheme designer) will likely not fit in the modern NFL.
Les is a rah-rah guy, which flies much better in college. He could conceivably succeed as a players' coach and motivator who has a GREAT staff including a pair of terrific coordinators.
That said, we have already seen that Les would automatically have the chance to be better than Saban as a pro coach because a tyrant cannot succeed in today's NFL. Saban would not scale down his tone like his mentor Belichick because Nick appears incapable of doing so personality-wise.

idk,
but, not to steal a thread, espn sports center and fox sports center had discussions all day about sabin being offered an un-godly amount of monet to take over the jets and others. I've found no discussion and didn't want to start a thread. I did the google research and it's pure speculation and ns denies all.
p.s. I know it's not spelled sabin, but that's my way.

Best coach ever , he would have a statue made for him at his first interview . H would be so good he would get to draft current NFL players

He would win because that's all that son of a bitch does is win.

His players would have the will to win! Well that's what he would say , as long as they are not with holding their effort.

It is interesting that he brings in a NFL OC. Who knows, maybe this is a trial run to see how they can operate together and Cam can give him some better insight on the inner workings of the NFL???

The players would run all over him.
