re: Breaking Bad Crackpot Theories SPOILERS

I hope Jesse makes it out alive. The whole thing though..about him being right there, all he had to do was get in the car.

Felt like Jane. All she had to do was walk out of that door when Jesse told her to leave and she may still be alive to this day.

Yeah it was a threat. But if Hank gets Jesse to cooperate, all bets are off on Walt's bull shite confession.

Hank doesn't have that much to lose since he's already accepted he's going to be out of a job the second the DEA gets wind of Heinberg's identity.

Walt can cry and lie all he wants about Hank being involved but he has zero proof. Hank would have Jesse. And Jesse would have his get out of jail free card.

I don't remember seeing much fire damage in Walt's house in the premier. But it was gutted, so it may be minimal.

I just rewatched the opening scene AMC link and didn't notice any, but I'm not exactly an expert on fire damage

Nope, it looks so premeditated and staged plus people in the D.E.A. that KNOW Hank would be able to see right through Walt's bull shite.

Plus there are so many holes in Walt's story.

The $177,000 is damning but Marie accepted the money under false pretense.

The entire thing is his word against Hank's. Hank's opinion of Walt doesn't matter since he's the one under the microscope. It's well known that Hank took Walt on ride alongs and he was frequently meeting in the office behind closed doors. Combine that with Hank being criticized for pursuing the Fring case above and beyond what his boss said was OK, and it all adds up to at least a long drawn out battle for Hank to clear his name.

Your team took a major loss here.

Well of course Jesse turning would render the "confession" useless, but at the time it was made Hank getting Jesse to cooperate wasn't very likely.

If Jesse doesn't find out about walt/ricin then he's completely out of the picture.

Oh I agree and Jesse is Hank's only hope to stay out of trouble if he wants to nail Walt.

Jessie's hatred for Walt had probably reached a level where he my be open to join forces with Hank.

It would be the perfect storm for Walt and Skylar.

No way, he hates Hank almost as much as Walt. That was the whole point of "I really did a number on you didn't I."

They made it pretty clear Jesse isn't joining Hank, he'll solve this on his own or Walt will kill him.

re: Breaking Bad Crackpot Theories SPOILERS

Plus hank was determined to get Fring. To a point of obsession. Hank was the one having run ins with the cartel and Salamanca family. Hank was in charge of the whole blue meth case.

Would make sense, or sense enough to make people question and never look at hank the same again. Walt is on his way out, he doesn't give a shite. Just stay away from his family and money.

So I'm hoping he really memorized that location number, and location..if Jesse lights a fire and burns that lottery ticket..may be screwed.

We have to assume that the DEA finds out that Walt is Heisenberg based on the crime scene at his old house and the neighbors reaction...

I am trying to figure out where the show goes from here and where Hank and Jesse will stand.

hank fricked himself though by sitting on this information. the first DEA question would be: why did you wait to tell us about walter white? from that point forward, the belief in his culpability is real (and no character has shown this more than hank, as this is EXACTLY how he operates)

quote:

The $177,000 is damning

that and the question of why he sat on the information is enough to frick his world up, at least until walt dies

I still think that Hank will flirt with going to the dark side, or at least Walt will offer that option to him.

Hank and Jesse are at major cross roads. It's really remarkable what the writers have done with those two characters and how with 5 eps or whatever left, they could both go in so many directions.

The police see it and investigate and Hank will be innocent.

I'm not real sure on this. Over $170,000.00 from drug money to pay hospital bills and the fact Hank and Walt bugged Gus's car, who was killed shortly thereafter; these, and a bunch of other circumstances, could create suspicion that Hank was, in fact, the guy with the intell and motive.

One thing for sure, Walt survives Jessie's initial fit of anger...he's around with hair in the flash forwards.

Jesse realizes that his first suspicions about the ricin cigarette were correct, and that Mr. White was manipulating him into turning against Gus, endangering Brock's life in the process.

You may disagree with whether Jesse would have put all the pieces together like that, but that's what happened

I think that's all most were saying, at least I was. I knew what was happening and also understood moving the story forward, but it was a stretch. Not quite sure Jesse puts it all together right there from weed missing and besides, ricin had nothing to do with Brock. Anyway, it's fun to talk about every detail of the show

Of course it's premeditated, he video taped it. Besides, Walt has proof of all those events happening, what does Hank have w/o Jesse?

Team Hank people aren't the brightest bunch

I just re-watched and it still sounds like he says "He really did a number on you, didn't he"?

I thought he was talking about Walt? Anyway, I still don't think Jesse goes to Hank. This whole thing gets blown up from the inside (Jesse v Walt).
