Game on Direct TV today?

I see the game is being shown on Fox so does that mean Direct TV will carry it, or will it be black-out due to Cox showing the game as well? TIA

Fox 44. All you have to do is check your channel guide at the 3pm time slot to see its going to come on. Logic out the window on that one?
