Someone dropped him recently. Is he worth a pick up? And if so which back should i drop? Roto says he should be back mid October. What does the FB think?

I wouldn't drop any of those guys for him. He may not even start when he gets back. And the steelers look down.

I wouldn't drop any of them. Even when Bell comes back no way he is football ready. He is an unproven rookie that will be eased into the rotation. You're wasting the move IMO. Dropping Tate and Bernard would be a rookie maneuver.
Keeping Brown as a handcuff until you actually need the roster spot is your best option by far.

sit tight, lisfranc's are tough to manage. At best he's in an RBBC w/ a shitty o-line
