That was at LSU last year, they are in the first 4 rows behind the Alabama bench. Those are LSU season ticket holders behind them. Bad caption on the photo.

That empty gap in the top right isnt due to students not using their tickets, its the fact that students cram 30 people onto a 20 person row

Sorry for the misinformation. I don't recall the context for the numbers on LSU student attendance, but declining student attendance has been a problem in the SEC.
It was stated that Alabama students only use 69.4% of their student tickets ( Alabama student attendance). Georgia typically allocates 18,000 student tickets but because of low turnout has reduced it to 16,000 tickets.
