Any of the old timers (like me) remember this series? I just found it on Netflix and starting the first episode.

Loved the one with Christopher Lloyd in it.

There were many solid episodes.

I recently watched that and a show called "One step beyond". Huge twilight zone fan and really enjoyed to see that series too.

Good series. Didnt it come out around the same time as Twilight Zone remakes?

Outer limits was a good "Twilight zone" type of show

As for Amazing Stories, I was just a kid when it came out, but remember that was one of our family night shows to watch. Haven't seen them in years, so I might have to give em a watch!

I was fairly young back then, but I remember liking the episode about the ball turret gunner on a B-17.

Watched this one last night and was laughing at their portrayal of rednecks. I vaguely remembered the first episode about the train that goes through the house, starring the old man from Home Alone and Christine.

Might have to check this series out when I finish all my Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes.

That was a good one too. I remember the series just being different and so much better than what was normally on TV. Production values/cast/writing were really top notch.

I remember it first premiered right after the Bear/Pat superbowl in New Orleans. First episode was B17 bomber and Prison Execution which was simular to Green Mile.
