Reggie Wayne Auction league value

O.K. I'm in an auction league with keepers and I have Reggie Wayne I bought last year for $10.00. If I want to keep him I have to double his salary. It's a 16 person league with $150.00 cap, I am on and off whether I should keep him or not.
If you look at last year, his stats were right in the middle of guys people paid $22, $25..ect for. I want to believe he's worth $20, but a small part of me thinks I can still get him for less.

He isn't worth $20, you can easily get guys like Fitzgerald, V. Jackson, Colston for a better price.

About 17-20 with a 150 budget. Big fan of him.
