What is your preferred draft slot in a 12 team snake?

My league determines a random order and then we get to pick our draft slot. I choose second, and the guy in front of me is for sure going to take the first spot.
I am pretty sure I am just going to stay at 2, but I am giving serious thought to taking a late pick because a few of the guys in my league are inexperienced and will probably take QB's in the first round. I know for a fact Tom Brady will got first round. Drew Brees most likely will as well because these are all saints diehards.
Let's say 2-3 QB's and Calvin Johnson go in the first round, picking at 12 could yield two very good running backs. Much better RB's than a person would get picking at 12 in an average league.
Where would you wanna pick in this league?

i like the 10-12 spots.

The question I have to answer really is whether Arian foster is in that elite group with ap or grouped in with the rest of the high first round running backs.

I love a late first-round pick, because it gives everyone else in the draft a chance to make a bad pick. Then I get to pick twice. If I can get, say, the 14th pick in my 14-team league, there's a good chance I can get two top-10 overall players.
