LSU has a walk on QB from Loyola Bakefield, Maryland

Apparently Camerons son played there... when I saw MD, I thought they may have been something to do with Cameron and MD

University High’s Manny Miles isn’t Baton Rouge’s only high school quarterback with an LSU coach for a father. Danny Cameron, the son of Tigers offensive coordinator Cam Cameron, is a junior quarterback and safety at Catholic High.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound Cameron was a starting safety, who also started two games at quarterback, for Loyola, an all-boys school in Towson, Md., last fall.

“When the Camerons came here, they were looking for an all-boys school for their sons,” Catholic coach Dale Weiner said. “So in some ways, they were sold on Catholic before they saw the school.”
