old restaurants in the current ruffino's on highland

Having a debate in the car with the wife and her folks...

What was in that building before ruffino's and dinardo's? Was a kid then and having trouble remembering.

Is Ruffino's any good?

Live nearby and the parking lot is always full.

But, is it worth a wait?
