Plants Vs Zombies 2

is great but not nearly as good as #1. It is annoying that you have to buy certain plants. I would rather just pay $10 or whatever and get the entire game....I hate this new business model that so many mobile and tablet games use where you have to either grind or pay a ton for coins in order to play the full game. You can still play the entire game for free but if you want extra seed slots or good plants you need to pay. It's a lot like the first with way more plants. If you liked #1 check it out for sure.
The game is only released in Australia and New Zealand right now but is very easy to get. Go to the iTunes Store on your computer, go to the very bottom right hand corner, click on the US flag, change the country to New Zealand, create a new ITunes account with a fake email, then DL the game. You don't need to out any payment info and it doesn't mess up your iTunes. Everything from my real account is still there and the entire process, including DL'ing the game and putting it on my iPad, took less than 5 minutes.

Game apps make good money with the in-app purchase model; that shite works on your psyche and eventually you'll break down and throw some cash at the game.

No shite! That business model doesn't mean it makes the game better though and that is what I was talking about. I would just rather pay $10 for an ipad game than a few hundred, which is what it would probably cost to get everything!

It's a great game for "free" but once again I wish it was like the first where you could just pay the $10 for the game and not have all of the in-app purchases. I know for most games the in-app business model works better but since they are an established franchise, PVZ 1 was HUGE, they still would have sold millions of copies at $10. What you get for what you have to pay for the in-app purchases is so ridiculously high that I would bet most of their money is going to come from kids playing on their parents phones and buying shite by accident. Almost every kid I know has done this and a few have gotten well into the hundreds of dollars and one even over $1000. If they feel the best way to monetize their app is by doing this than that is their choice but it does take away from the game.
Overall it is a REALLY good game and it is "free" but it's just not as good as the first IMO.

All of the turds on here have been missing out on the best game of the summer. After playing it longer I no longer mind them trying to make me pay for shite in game, I have just grinded and got it all for free. I don't have as many seed slots as I would like but I am the master so I don't need them. Just an FYI I would whip anyone on here in PVZ 1 or 2 and also Subway Surfer....iPad is the best gaming platform there is!
