need help identifying country song

LINK the first line of this song "he's a 20 years straight get to work on time" sounds similar to a sad older country song, i just cant for the life of me remember how it goes.

I'm a huge Will Hoge fan. That song wasn't clicking with me at first. I guess because it was for a commercial. But damn, that is one badass song now that I've given it a fair chance.
