I Don't understand a deduction from my last paycheck

On my last paycheck I had a $99 Pre-tax deduction taken out and I haven't been able to figure out why. This is what it's labeled as on there:
"Ideal SSP Base EE Pre-tax"
Anybody have an idea on what this is?
Please help me out. $99 is at least two solid nights at bogies.

How about you ask your HR rep, or your payroll department, or your boss? How the frick are we supposed to know?

Or, if you aren't on speaking terms with the chick in HR anymore, you could check out this website. It has lots of info about paycheck questions.
