It is a express location. I think all they do is drivers lic renewals and duplicates. Do not think they do auto/trailer transfers.

Try the notary on the corner of E. Airport and Goodwood Blvd. They should be able to.

thats what i was thinking.... I woke up early today and drove to Independence and it was literally a zoo there. I saw kids jumping from seat to seat over rows... i was like frick this.

Don't know about Livingston but you don't want to frick with them Baker people. They do have services like mentioned earlier where they will do the paperwork for you for a fee.
