Comparing Puig to Gattis at this point in their careers and there is an uneven amount of hype for one of these players with less stats

Well Puig is batting like 120 points higher than Gattis and with only about twenty less at bats.
Sure Gattis has five or so more homers and a few more rbi than Puig but I really don't think they're even in the same category. Gattis can be a nice player but sky is the limit for Puig.

I think a better comparison would be Will Myers. Myers has been better than the Pig over the last month yet no one is talking about the kid. He's not getting near the hype that the Pig got when he got called up. I guess it is mostly bc of vastly different markets. Anything that happens in LA will get more attention than the same in Tampa.
