OB bow hunters, which release do you like best, strap or handheld?

Wrist band. Only because that's what I started using and that's what I'm comfortable with

strap...more specifically a buckle strap. The only back tension that I have tried for extended use is the hybrid buckle/ back tension by Scott. That what I would recommend. I couldn't get comfortable with it during 3d season and switched back to my Scott buckle release to get ready for hunting season. I think after the season I'll probably go back to the hybrid and switch completely. I shot amazing with it at times.
