Pecan Island fishing charters

Going to be that way in a couple of weeks and have to stay close. Will have my 7 year old with me so was wanting to do some inshore fishing with him. Any suggestions?

Try to go to Rockefeller refuge for crabbing and fishing off the bank. You can also drive to the end of the freshwater city road and fish in the ship channel next to the gulf.

Thanks. I don't have a boat so I'm limited but my son really wants to catch a red, spec or flounder. Thought it may be a good time to try since we will be stuck down there a couple days.

Go to Rockefeller and get some crabs. Go throw said crabs in the ship channel. = redfish or black drum for the kid.
