Keeper League - WR Question

We can keep up to three players in our league. I've already kept Brees and Martin.
I'm leaning to keep one more player. I can keep Reggie Wayne and it would count as an 8th Rd pick, Cecil Shorts and it would count as a 10th Rd pick, or James Jones and it would count as a 10th Rd pick.
I'm leaning towards keeping Reggie Wayne, but Shorts is intriguing.

why not then, he's going higher than that ....the other, not so much.
may want to trade him before the season starts though to get last years value for him
