The proprietor of that lovely marina used to have limited live bait. I haven't been in several years so I can't say for sure.

I can't help you man. Butt fricking Bobby Bouche may have bait. All you will catch is going to be cock roaches. Cock roaches with 4" dicks at that. They do serve a damn fine push up, but that push-up isn't worth the trip and third world accommodations, IMO.
