Brandon Harris interview with Tim Fletcher

Even more impressed by Harris with each interview. Really smart dude. Handles questions better than the majority of college athletes. I actually thought the ESPN guy cut him off too many times before he was finished.
Tim Fletcher has been covering sports in the northwest Louisiana area for a while and has probably know Harris for years. Here are some of his interviews with Harris.

Def not the all me guy some people were saying. Actually the opposite. All Lsu as a team effort. I believe Cam follows him as well as everybody else we want. This is the year and we will win championships. He has the ability, smarts and confidence to pull it off.

That kid fielded all the questions with the ease of a well educated, respectful, confident person. He will be a very good leader on the field without a doubt.

I'm curious to know who all was bad mouthing this kid, and saying he had an ego, are praising him now. I've been telling the board since the day he was offered that it wasn't true.

People based their opinions on the amount of info they have. Which was very limited. Back then nobody knew him or what he was like. Watching interviews and seeing him be real changes their opinions. He's getting respect now, that's really what matters.
Plus people from all states talk shite about almost everybody on every board or topic. In the end it doesn't mean anything.

Yeah I remember most posters were making assumptions about him because of the whole earn an offer at camp thing. I think an official " I was wrong about Brandon Harris" thread should be started. I stuck up for the kid too.

That's true and not true at the same time. First you don't turn down athletes like this. Second, next year you HAVE to get a QB. Now we are ok.
