Omakase in Vegas

Anyone have any recommendations? Going in about a month, so I'd like to make a reservation now if needed. We eat sushi everytime we go, but have never done an Omakase before. We've eaten at Tao a few times, Koi, and Nobu - maybe another I can't recall. But this time I really want an Omakase menu.
I saw a recommendation for Kabuto on this board, which is a bit off the strip. Yelp has a few recommendations as well, but mostly inconsistent. Just want a good experience - price isn't that important - I don't really want to drop $200/person or anything, but whether it's 80/100/120, etc., I'm not that worried about price shopping.
