Anyone here know how the crabbing is around Cypremot Point? What about the State Park there- does the park allow you access to crabbing?

Don't be stealing my crabs. I got a neighborhood watch guy standing guard over my secret crabbing spot in the Refuge.

May just go get a cabin there with wife/kids and scout around. Seem like there would have to be some crabs. Not looking to limit out and a several dozen would be fine.

Just don't see how it isn't more popular for crabs. Maybe it's cause most people who get a chance to go there prefer to fish it.

Those cabins are hard to book. They are always filled. If you have a boat there is decent crabbing in the island.

Not sure about during the week, but from what I have been told it is constantly booked.

Do you have a boat? If so, what kind?

Have an 18ft express with 115 but was hoping not to have to haul it and crab off of a wier.

I am afriad if you want crabs that is your only option down there. You may be able to catch a dozen small crabs around the park, but that is about it.
