NCAA 14 Question -- Help (Pre-Play)

Was playing someone online. About halfway thru the game when I was on offense pre-snap, holding R2 wouldn't show the receiver routes. When I broke huddle, it automatically would show which player was which button without me asking, but wouldn't budge or show receiver routes or pre-play art when holding down R2 (PS3).
Any clue what is going on or how to fix??

Trying to call a hot route?
Sounds like your console is cold. What you're going to need to do is look on the sides of the console (vents). Once the vents are identified strike a match and gently place inside of vent and walk away. Instant hot routes.

Be careful with the glitch where the center hikes the ball and just runs forward with it. The CENTER gained 9 yards on me, I was like wtf....true story
