Cubed pork chops. Who knew?

Was at Winn Dixie a few nights ago and was browsing the meat section for something to fry up right quick for after work. They had cubed pork chops on sale for a very low price. I've never seen cubed pork chops. So I decided to try them.
Just fried them up tonight. They were decent size, about 3/4" thick. Just put a touch a butter in a hot skillet, seasoned them up a little, and fried them on med-hi heat for maybe 4 minutes. (I only do about 45 secs on the first side to keep pork chops from curling up on the sides.)
They had to be the most juicy pork chops I've ever had. I was shocked. I think the perforations in the meat helps them cook faster and helps keep them from drying out at all.
Much better results than I've ever had with cubed steak.

I know. Evidence eaten though. With a side of sweet corn.

I've seen them in several stores recently, and with the cost of pork being generally lower than beef, they're usually cheaper than cubed beef steaks.

He isn't talking about "cubed" meaning cut into squares. He is talking about "cubed" meaning that the melted has been passed through a machine that cuts a little cubed pattern into the meat.
