I really hope he does play, but lets say he doesn't, with Blue coming off of a knee injury and Hilliard and Magee the only real depth, would this make us become a pass first team? I couldn't see us banging these 3 guys all game and expect no injuries... thoughts??

It just doesn't seem right to wonder if LSU has enough depth at RB. I don't think LSU becomes pass first though. They may be more balanced but we are run first.

my whole thing is what if one of the 3 goes down? then we would be in trouble... I guess im looking ahead too early but it kinda concerns me.

Well, it's too late to draft another running back.

Brazil will be RB4 in this unlikely scenario of Hill being out the season.

We have the receiving core to be a pass first team and a QB who can get it to them. Blue fits perfect out of the gun

Even if Hill didn't exist LSU would have a great corps in Blue, Hilliard and Magee.

Les miles letting cam have a pass first offense would be pretty unexpected

Nothing wrong with that either

It'll feel right when LF commits. That's why the depth is low at the moment.

Without Hill, we still have depth at RB. The X factor is how strong Blue comes back. If he's back to full speed/cutting ability, we know what we get from him. Yes, Hill is THE most special of the backs, but a healthy Blue isn't much of a drop off. If KH keeps some weight off and plays to his capability, he can get it done also. Before seeing Hill, IMO, KH was the best all around back. I would imagine we go back to a platoon of AB/KH until one takes the reigns as our "every down back". I use that term loosely. Magee will be in the mix, particularly as a receiving and 3rd down back option. This is assuming he is astute at picking up blitzes and blocking. Brazil will see playing time, but I believe he will be worked in slowly, as long as the afore mentioned 3 remain healthy. We'll be fine. This is why you recruit TB depth.

I really hope he doesn't play for lsu anymore. I'm a huge lsu fan and always have been. They will be fine with blue and Hillard, but of course it will hurt some. Hill has showed what he can do on the field and that's impressive, but has had multiple incidents off the field and you can only help a player so much

If Hill goes out for a long time then I expect Hilliard to be the main guy. Blue hasn't proven he can run inside consistently without getting hurt. If they try to feature Blue he won't make 5 games without an injury. Magee is too small to take the kind of pounding Les puts on a running back with LSU's inside running game. Kenny would have to step up. That said Hill won't be out very long in my opinion so all this speculation is for nothing.

Multiple being two.

And one of those "multiple" incidents was hooking up with a girl that was in high school with him.

Throw him under the jail!
