Ryan Newman stated the only logical restart rule. If you're gonna have a restart box, it makes no sense to have the rule state you can't beat the leader to the start finish line.
Either you start the race at the line and the leader is protected or you have a restart box, you can't have both.

NASCAR peaked years ago. Remember when it was the fasting growing sport in terms of viewers at one point. Johnson's dominance has killed the sport IMO.

frick, Junior is never the first to pit on restrictor plate track and just when I'm wondering why the hell he pitted he's going to get caught a lap down because of the caution
