Professional sports coaching salaries: guaranteed or buy-out clauses?

I was just wondering how this works in general, because it is seemingly rare you hear about non-collegiate coaching salaries. Will Brad Stevens, for example, get $22 million as long as he doesn't leave Boston on his own accord?

Coaches' contracts are written so if they are fired they have to look for work, that money is deducted from what they are owed.
Example Cam Cameron is still owed money by the Ravens for one more year, so his contract from LSU is 3 years $3.4 million, but year one LSU will only pay him 600K, which will be deducted from what the Ravens owe him.
