That's a lot of beef! these guys will be paving the way for our stable of backs and being the wall that allows Mett and the WRs to do their thing. These guys don't get the credit that they should get but will be the first to be called out on a slip-up. This will be the Best offense we will have seen in a long time and it all starts here. We have a lot of beasts here. Pay attention to them.

Its looking like the Depth Chart will be these animals:
LT Collins, Hawkins
LG Willford, Hoko, Dodd
C Porter, Pocic
RG Turner, Boutte
RT Alexander, Edinburgh, Austin

That's an average of 6'5" & 319.4 lbs between our 2 and 3 deep across the line.
This Oline will be straight up nasty.

Someone said this was standard with all top teams so i did a quick search on a few top teams and this is what i found on ESPN team rosters:

Texas has zero above 315 on their entire roster

Oregon state has a 329 and 327 after that nobody reaches 310 on their roster.

Oregon has 319 and 305... After that no OL on their roster has a guy that reaches 300.

Notre Dame has one guy @ 320 then nobody beyond 310. one guy @ 310 and everyone else under that.

USC has 335 & 345 then no lsu on their roster that reaches past 310.

Ohio state has 3 guys on their roster that is 315. After them a 312.

Oklahoma state has a 320 & 325 then nobody reaches higher than 295.

Oklahoma has 316, 315, 311 then nobody beyond 310.

TCU has 3 guys above 315. They are 340, 325, 325. they have 2 guys @ 315 and nobody else over 310.

but we don't play any of these teams except one, possibly 2. heres the
Sec West:

State has one player over 315 on their 2 deep line. (2 deep is all it showed on their page) That player is 320. their heaviest lineman. Also only 3 players larger than 305. that would be 320,315,315...

Auburn does not have a single player on their roster that is 315 or better. there are 2 guys that are 314. Full roster.

Arkansas 2 players heavier than 315. thats 328 & 318. That's their full roster.

Ole misss has some beef. one guy is @ 377. 335, 320, 337, 319 ,315. after that though, theres a 312 then nobody over 310.

Texas A&M has a 320 and a 330 guy. after that their next biggest is 309... then 307. full roster.

Alabama has nobody on their roster over 315. there's one guy at 315. The next biggest is one 313 and the rest are lighter.

SEC East Opponents

Georgia 4 players heavier than 310. 322, 327, 320, 318.

Florida has 4 over 315. They are 326, 321, 323, 321. There is 1 guy @ 311 then everyone else on their roster is under 310 or below.

I think there will be one last dark horse before Fournette gets here. LF should be happy to run behind a lot of these younger guys, too.

Wasn't going to not include any members of the OL. They are a part of the team and contribute to the team more than just game day.

Yeah, he'll eventually slide over. He's too good to not have in the depth chart but too young/inexperienced to jump others.

God I hope so. Last year was brutal. It got better as the year went along but then all came crashing down in the Chick Fil A bowl. What the hell happened there?

Lots of injuries throughout the year. It happens. We picked up JUCOs and have great freshmen. I'm more confident in our depth now.

That's what I was thinking watching that game. The right side of the line should be good in the future. Analysts were speaking very highly of Turner, saying hes a high pick in the future.

Jeebus, we have a 6'8" lineman.

At one point, our beloved Tigers could not even get a 6'8" basketballer.

Yes, though not beyond HS. I actually played TE/OLB so i only got an occasional taste of what linemen went through. I have a full appreciation for what they bring to the table. All of them.

Without him last year we would have been even more screwed. Him playing next to Collins helped both of them. Dude ended up honorable mention All-SEC for a reason. Only gave up a couple sacks combined to aTm, Bama, and USCe. Playing against Clowney, DaMontre Moore, and Hubbard

What he did with bum knees makes it even more badass.
