Buffon is not good on penaltys, never has been. Not sure why the announcers always make it sound like business as usual for him.

2 of those shots by Uruguay were very bad.

True in this case, but there are plenty of counter examples: Sol Campbell's goal after Eboue dove in the 2006 CL Final, Rooney's dive that ended Arsenal's undefeated run, Rivaldo's dive in WC 2002, etc.
