The names I have heard mentioned are Iggy, Granger, Pek, Al Jefferson, Martell Webster, Corey Brewer, etc as guys to upgrade the roster at the C and SF positions. Dell has stated that upgrading the roster is a priority so here am I looking around to see if there are other options that may work. There is not link stating that any one of these guys are actually on the Pels radar I was just looking at some guys that I want or I think would be a good fit or that is a young talent.

Center
Omer Asik 7'0" 255 (Rockets)
3 years/25 mil
-he's 26 and I put him up here because I think the Rockets move him if they get Dwight

Enes Kanter 6'11" 267 (Jazz)
3 years/4.3 mil
-young center (21) don't know much about him but he makes 4.3 mil a year

Larry Sanders 6'11" 235 (Bucks)
2 years/1.9 mil
-24 years old saw he made the USA basketball minicamp roster

JJ Hickson 6'9" 242 (UFA)
-24 years old undersized for a C but can rebound well and made 4 mil last year

Timofey Mozgov 7'1" 250 (RFA - Nuggets)
-I know nothing about this guy but ESPN had him ranked 21st out of top 30 he's 26 years old and made 3 mil last year

Small Forward
Gordon Heyward 6'8" 210 (Jazz)
2 years/2.7 mil
-young good shooter (23 years old) 6'8", makes 2.7 mil a year and put up 14 points a game last year

Tyreke Evans 6'6" 220 (RFA - Kings)
-been talked about before but the Kings have an excess of guys so we could get him cheap he made 5 mil last year he's 23 years old

Ersan Iiyasova 6"10" 235 (Bucks)
5 years/8 mil
-he;s 26 can rebound well, good shooter, plays pick and pop well, and he looks like James Franco

this is just my take I don't know how high GV's value is but I think teams would like a guy who can average 9 assists a game...anyway acting like a GM is just a hobby for me so take all this with a grain of salt but its fun to speculate

Yea there's a few on there like that, I don't see the Bucks letting Sanders go but hey I didn't think the 6ers were going to let Jrue go either

True but you gotta know he isn't going anywhere and it isn't the same situation over there like it is in Philly. I wouldn't mind Hayward though.

We can't get Sanders I wouldn't think.

Houston might keep Asik for a year to be able to go big.

Mozgov is pretty good defensively. Won't give you anything at all offensively.

Heyward they LOVE him in Utah. Not happening.

Tyreke only played 11% at SF and shot 33% from 3...his best season. Don't see that working.

I love Terrance Williams and after his arrest this summer, the Celtics might cut him or give him up for close to nothing. He is a really skilled player, that has never got a great shot at playing big minutes and he's big enough to play SF..

When it comes to finding money Mickey is the best at it. I think we can trade a guy like Lopez to Houston for asik if they sign Howard.

I think Martell Webster or a guy like Wes Johnson would be a good fit and be on the cheap.

Whatever happened to Wes Johnson? Wasn't he picked #3 a few years back?

Taking 4th overall by the T-Wolves in 2010 then traded to the Suns. I think he would work with this roster. Athletic wing who could score in transition, play defense, and dribble the ball. He is only 25 and probably come cheap because his stats are underwhelming.

Yea they said they were looking at Copeland, the missing piece also suggested Earl Clark at SF and I forgot to include Chase Budinger, Dorell Wright, and Mike Dunleavy Jr

Just saw this article on Copeland, willing to stay with the Knicks and take less money.
