Where could a man take his family this weekend to crab, with our without a boat? Closest to Baton Rouge? Don't mind going up to 2 hours away....Thought about elmers' Island, havent been in 3 or 4 years, so don't even know if you can still go there....There was a lot of trash on the beach last time we went....What say you?

Grand Isle or Elmers, bring the poles and drop chicken necks between them, you should kill them

Manchac would be close and easy. Drop set nets.

You can keep all those nasty Grand Isle crabs. I hate sand.....especially in my food!

Just go to PAC and go to Island Road

I'd launch in manchac and use nets. Haven't gotten a report from there lately though
