First trip

I am an avid fisherman. Spent the first 26 years of my life in LA but now been subject to AZ and then TX fishing. Heading down to Dulac to fight the other 5000 boats but I don't care, I will be the guy catching hardheads off the dock while everyone else drinks(I will be too).

Update me please. What happened with the pickets? still there, good fishing, nothing? My friends are mainly out of state except for the guy with the camp and he goes once a year due to three kids under four. I'm used to hitting rock island and grabbing croaker from the tracie macie but whats been the story for the pickets, mardi gras, last island, etc...

Thanks for the help for a weekend warrior even though I consider self more, just stuck in the non sportmans paradise.
