I thought KG was loyal to a fault (reason he didn't want to leave Minnesota). Now he is ready to abandon Boston bc Doc isn't there?

Celtics have to rebuild around Rondo. They dont want KG or Pierce.

What exactly will KG have to look forward to though? Heis too old to stay on a rrebuilding team, he is still in the league for 1 reason only and that's to win a title. Hell the loyalty thing is out the window in the NBA now days if you haven't noticed.

But it isn't up to the Celtics. He has a no trade clause. It took so much convincing for him to leave that lottery destined Wolves team. I'm not faulting the guy for it just wondering.

He'd be more willing to accept a trade now, dont you think?

You don't think star players should have a say in who their coach will be?

Doc's been "contemplating" retirement every offseason since they won the title.
