Brazilian National Anthem

Last game the fans kept singing after the music stopped. Today it wasn't as strong, but you could hear a decent amount of fans finishing it.
They're definitely not playing the entire verse. Is this a FIFA decision or a Brazilian football decision? Plenty of other anthems are longer, so why cut it short?

Even one verse of the Brazilian anthem is pretty lengthy. Not sure whose decision it is to cut it short. They've been cutting it off for as long as I can remember.
