Why isnt GOT S3 Finale on TWC on demand?

I was overseas and missed it, and my UPS died while I was away, so it didnt record. I assumed it would be on demand and it isnt. The other 9 eps are all there.
What the hell? Watching hbogo on a little screen sucks arse.

allow me to clarify
TWC - Time Warner Cable
UPS - Uninterruptible power supply (the thing that my AV system is all plugged into - it has a battery backup that failed while I was out of town, so the DVR did not function)

I dont know about TWC. does it not have an on demand?
Can you not just hook your computer up to TV to watch HBOgo that way?

And OP that sucks man, I don't have Time Warner so I can't offer any insight as to why it's not on there. You could always watch on HBOGo though
