Bears might cut him. Hester and Sproles.

If the price is right, I say why not. I love Sproles returning, but he is a key part of our offense and would hate seeing him go down on a return

Don't see a major need. We are deep at WR. Would seem a luxury to have him just for returns.

I don't think we have the room. Returns are less important now that they moved up the kick offs, and is he a better receiver than Morgan? Not so sure. And how old is he now? They are cutting him for a reason.

as in "to court," or as in "to hunt?"

I haven't been following the situation, but I remember they signed him for a pretty big contract. It was really big considering that the only thing that he is good at is returns. He really doesn't have value anywhere else, and I don't even know how good he is at that anymore. He failed at the transition to receiver. If he can be had for very cheap he may be worth a look as exclusively a specialist.

fifm

I cringe every time he gets the ball 8 yards deep and run out only to get tackled at the 14

To be fair, he usually makes it to the 15...

All about the price. We actually have some room to sign him, but I'm sure he wants $$

No thanks, Ill pass. Cap space is limited and its not a need area. We have to think about next years cap situation too

Any of them have an explosive first step and a good set of rip/swim moves?

Wouldn't mind to sign him for cheap as a punt returner and kick returner. Do y'all think he can play a little dime CB?

He was a cornerback coming out of college. It isn't THAT crazy. But no, I don't think he can do it very well or they would have left him there.

read as Jacob Hester, was confused about seeing the Bears cutting him, saw someone mention a lack of need at WR and as a return man, then realized my mistake.

We're really not very deep at WR and if the price is right, we should take a look. If not, no issue.

We could find ways to get him the ball...just like we did with Reggie at times.

If cheap, would be worth a look.

I thought they switched positions so he could get the ball in his hands more, not because he sucked at CB>
