Seems to me the umps have been giving pitchers a wide zone especially outside...does this hurt LSU?

I think it will hurt us because we have a better offense than most teams...and that strike zone will totally favor the pitchers.

What say you?

So you dont think a pitcher with nolas control could benefit from a wide strike zone?

I didn't say Nola wouldn't benefit but a pitcher with worse stuff or less control will gain an advantage vs a stud pitcher who doesn't need a wide zone...

I think it benefits us. Our offense is better and it will let our other pitchers have some more leeway.
