This is the key phrase of course.

The only valid answer has to come from someone working at a financial institution who can pull your credit record and score. It doesn't really cost anything to do this, go ahead and call around. Definitely shop, credit unions are often good choices.

i would not call 3.25% high on a 15yr we have just been spoiled with low rates.

the rates have calmed down this week. i wouldnt be surprised by the 3.25% ..dont wait for the rate to fall because it probally will not..

Locked in 2.5% a few weeks ago. Glad I did it then.
