Xbox 360 Controller to PS3 Converter?

I find the DS3 sticks too loose for FPS.

Anyone have any luck with these? If so, brand?

I have used this one for 3 or 4 years now and it works well. No problems at all. The only thing is you have to use an official wired Xbox controller. No after market ones.
