for chicken breasts, pork chops, ground beef.

I'd like to buy a months worth in bulk. 10 lbs-ish each. Trying to avoid grocery stores.

TIA

Just go to Bergeron's across the river. It's 5 minutes from north gate depending on traffic on the bridge

I've been there, but that's far too out of the way. Bergeron's also has a lot of stupid specialty meat marinated ribeyes and stuff. I never see unseasoned meat out.
The only specialty meat stuff of theirs I care for is the smoked boudin.

I've never been to Maxwell's on perkins, but I thought that was a restaurant. What type of stuff do they carry?

I'm basically looking for just a butcher shop with a display where I can choose my cuts and they wrap it up. I've been going to whole foods, but it's expensive to buy in bulk.

Pricing is a little higher than the bigger stores but that's just because the big boys buy in much bigger bulk. It's not bad though

They won't accept cash, lol. You mean people of the Gardere and GSRI areas actually have credit? Hell froze over last night I guess. Doosh, Reggies is really the only legit choice other than Whole Foods. At least at Whole Foods you can always check out the fresh talent while buying bulk ground beef.

Chicken breasts at maxwells always suck I feel like, also they are just as high as whole foods, steaks are probably a tad more expensive.

I haven't been to maxwells in awhile since Alexander's opened, still venture over to whole foods for chicken breasts and some other things.
