McNeese sent one in the mail. It was addressed to my wife. What are the chances?
Makes me wonder about how our address was sent one.

A survey asking about what Parish I (she) fish, how many Alligator Snapping turtles I (she) has seen in past 5 years; when (months), etc.
Ended with 3 choices for answer to question as to whether I thought the current regulation of one per day was positive and okay, or if there should be more allowed per day to none.
