I need a recommendation for a boat trailer shop in the BR area. I need a little work done on a double axel trailer.

Mike geralds is all I can think of off hand. Don't go to herbs, they are horrible. What kind of work you need done?

Most boat mechanics could probably do what you need. What do you need done? A lot of smart people on this board, maybe we can walk you through it.

Herb's on Plank Road. They're good people and have been in business for 60-something years.

I've NEVER had a problem with Herb's but, I'll admit, it's been a while since I've been there.

ran into problems buying pre-built hubs from Mike's not enough grease in them. But good place for trailer work none the less.

Have had good experiences at both Herbs and Mikes. Wouldn't hesitate to use either.

I wouldn't use herbs for no other reason other than the salesman I talked to stank.
