Didn't follow the game thread, so this may have been talked about. What are your thoughts on pitching for next week.

Friday: Nola- if any pitcher can get a great start on less than a weeks rest it's him. Plus gives him max rest before the CWS.

Saturday: Glenn- gives him some early work after a long "rest". And as things have been going clearly our second best pitcher. Th

These two should give out pen a bit of easy work which would mean that...

If necessary Sunday: Eades- still our third best pitcher. If not, should still have J. Allstaff with the short leash ready to relieve.

Not only that, if we get the two quick wins he will get the weeks rest that both Nola and Glenn have been given in the past month. I think this sets us up best for the CWS. Also, if all goes well, the top three pitchers going into the last two weeks of the season would all have significant rest. Any downsides? What you think?

I've been out of town all weekend and haven't been able to keep up with everything, but has his suspension been lifted?

Or are we just assuming it will be since we will need him if we want to go deep in the post season?

Yea, I agree. Nola, Glenn, and then hopefully Eades isn't needed and can rest.
