My friend gave me all his guns

He suddenly decided he did not want guns in the house because of his kids. I told him I would buy them. He said no just take them. I said yes I would buy them. He said just donate money to a charity. So I am trying to place a fair value on four guns. The first is a Browning Gold Hunter, 12 ga, 3 1/2", 26" barrel. Synthetic stock. It was purchased in around 1999 and has seen action in the duck blinds on maybe 3 hunts. It is in very good condition and has a nice canvas/leather carry case. What do you say this is worth?

Henry lever action .22 rifle
Winchester model 94 30 30 rifle (rough shape)
