HOw can you not be a huge fan of this young man?

Wow! Makes me proud

And did you get the one key statement in all of it?

"My parents haven't missed a game since I was 8 or 9"

The reason this young man represents himself well is because both his parents have loved by their actions.

This young man says all the right things as a Junior...

Quality marriages and strong consistent parenting is the answer to America's problems.. I truly believe this...

Not to take anything away from Garrett Brumfield, but this best player for Uhigh showed himself on the 1:17 mark. Hello, Dylan

I'll say, he's probably one of the most well spoken kids I've seen. Congratulations to you and your family.

Dude, don't do that again. It's creepy! Stalking a kid is not cool! Seems as though you almost got aroused when you saw Dylan!

Who's to say I didn't?

I am glad Garrett is a Tiger. Very well spoken young man. Les may let him skip the freshman media classes

His maturity level and intelligence are well above average for a high school student....the epitome of a Scholar Athlete.

He will be the anchor to the best recruiting class, ever.

Wildman77, I hope you see this because, as the son of LSU's media trainer, I know alot (more than I ever wanted to know) about marketing oneself and what it takes to interview well, and Garrett is a phenomenal interviewee, and he really understands how to emote in his responses and add life to the conversation. I'm not sure how much he has practiced at it or if it just comes naturally to him. I still think that Mason Katz is the best interviewee in college sports that I have seen (definitely at LSU) because he speaks from the perspective of a fan and gives original, well thought-out, passionate insight, but I think that Garrett has the potential to be just as good with the tools he has.
Congratulations.
