If so, I am trying to sync up my 403b plan into this program and just do not know how to. Anyone have any idea how to get these synced?

Here's how it works on Quicken Premier 2013:
Press Ctrl-A to get the account list. Click the "Add an Account" button.
A window pops up, just pick "401(k) or 403(b)" in the upper right.
Enter the name of the firm where the 403(b) is kept, and sync up.
This should be pretty easy, are you having some other kind of problem?

When I hit 403(b) in Quicken, ING Institutional Plan Services is one of the choices. Try that.

Yeah, I tried that one...it's not recognizing my username, though. I'll keep trying!
