Outdoor Suggestions

My fellow friends, I need some suggestions. Wife has some friends coming into town in July from San Antonio and they have an 11 year old son. I would like to take him and his father to do something fun out doors (we live in Br), maybe something like frogging, swamp tour, etc... Do you all know of any "guides" or other activities? TIA

Agree on Tunica Hills or Clark's creek.
