Was thinking of canoeing there today and wondering if the dog can ride in the canoe as well. Not sure about the regulations out there.

Will probably be ok in the boat. They are not allowed on a WMA to run around unless they are a bird dog/rabbit dog and a season is open for which they are breed to hunt. For example, I can take my shorthairs during woodcock season, but can't go out there when woodcock is not open. Sherburne does not have a quail season so my shorthairs are limited to December 18-Jan 31. Rabbit hunters are limited to rabbit season only, etc...

One dog only and needs to be on leash unless hunting season like previous poster stated. ( I think)

Yes, but be careful your dog doesn't end up as 'gator bait.

Yeah I was a little concerned about the gator bait thing. He has never been in the water so I don't think he will try

my dog loves the water and thinks the can whip every gator

In gator country we have to keep him on the leash-
