Best way to start a career at new Sasol facility?

Supposed to be a lot of work and a lot of money to be made. For those in the area and in the industry, what'd the best way to get your foot in the door and start working your way up if you are a college graduate with work experience but no plant experience?

And I'm looking a lot at future advancement. I know plants have operators but what do they get promoted to? Or are you just a career operator?

Not much of a help with the operator part, but I did part of the engineering for the new facility and I liked working with their people. They all sounded like they came out of the movie Invictus.
